The LeadWatch service

LeadWatch is offered to contractor businesses for US $497 per month with no setup fee and no long-term contract. The advertised package includes an AI voice agent, a smart talking website with an in-browser voice-call option, delivery of captured website enquiries to your business, basic SEO setup, website hosting, and automated Google review requests.

The exact voice-agent call flow, answering order, after-hours routing, website scope, website voice responses, lead delivery, review-request trigger, included call usage and any usage limits, third-party charges, domain connection, revisions, and launch timing are confirmed in the service agreement before payment. AI call usage is included in the monthly price; this website does not promise unlimited calling.

The package does not include advertising, off-page SEO, guaranteed appointment booking, guaranteed human-level conversation handling, or guaranteed business results unless specifically agreed in writing.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting the website form or booking a call does not create a paid subscription. Please provide accurate information and only submit information you are authorized to share.

Setup, demonstration, and approval

Once we receive the details and access we need, building the agreed LeadWatch setup usually takes 7 to 10 days. Connections and revisions can affect this estimate. We provide a private demonstration before launch. The client can test the demonstration and identify corrections within the agreed scope before launch.

First-month refund

If the client is unhappy with LeadWatch after their first 30 days of service, they may request a full refund of their first US $497 monthly payment through our contact form. We explain the full written refund process before payment. There is no pre-launch refund offer. Charges the client pays directly to another provider are outside this $497 refund.

Monthly billing and cancellation

After launch, the service is month-to-month. The client may request cancellation before the next renewal through our contact form. Billing dates, cancellation timing, website handoff or removal, service access, and the refund process are confirmed in the service agreement before payment.

Your responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, approved call and website widget content, lawful instructions, and materials the client has permission to use. The client must review the setup and maintain the permissions and notices required for customer calls, messages, data collection, and review requests under applicable laws and provider policies.

Availability and third-party services

Voice calls, websites, voice widgets, lead delivery, messages, domains, hosting, carriers, Google services, and other third-party systems can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. LeadWatch is not an emergency service and must not be used as the only way to receive urgent or life-safety communications.

SEO, reviews, and realistic results

Basic SEO means sensible page titles, descriptions, headings, crawl settings, mobile-friendly pages, and related technical setup. It does not guarantee a search position. Review requests invite honest feedback, and customers choose whether to leave a review and what rating to give. Aveion does not guarantee rankings, review counts, five-star ratings, qualified callers, captured leads, bookings, revenue, or profit.
